About

The Deschutes Country Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) mission is to promote and encourage safe bicycling and walking as a significant means of transportation in Deschutes County. Its goals include:

  • The development of a coordinated system of safe and convenient bikeways and walkways
  • The stimulation of public awareness, and
  • The examination of current and future financing options and budget strategies for bicycle and pedestrian projects.

    • The target message for this site is a road user educational campaign focused on Skyliner’s Road on Bend’s Westside.
